Ar. Noor Halwani completed her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Iowa State University, US in 1987.  She returned to Malaysia and worked in local architectural firms before completing her LAM Part 2 in the School of Architecture, Faculty of Built Environment, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.  She was a Senior Architect with Veritas Design Group for most of her career.  In Veritas, she leads a team of architects for the construction of the award winning Laman PKNS (PKNS HQ) , Wangsa 118 and several other high rise residential and commercial developments. She joined Monosist and appointed as Director in 2024.
